SEOUL, Dec 5 (Reuters) - LG Electronics Inc of South Korea revealed on Friday that it, along with its affiliated companies, is exploring business cooperation with Microsoft concerning data centers. However, as of now, no formal agreements have been established. This statement comes following a report from a South Korean newspaper, which suggested that LG Electronics, LG Energy Solution, and other affiliates could provide essential components and software—including temperature management systems and energy storage solutions—for Microsoft's AI data centers, according to unnamed industry sources cited by the Korea Economic Daily.
